Building Automation Services

Building Automation Systems (BAS) control various components within a building’s structure. The primary goal of this type of infrastructure is to improve system efficiency, reduce costs and increase safety. BAS can be implemented either during initial construction or through a retrofitting process for an existing structure.

A centralized building management platform brings all of these parts together. BAS creates central nervous system for a building that helps to monitor a building’s heating, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and other systems. A well-functioning building automation system should not only monitor the climate of a building and make automatic adjustments based on temperature and movement, but also help troubleshoot any issues that arise in the building’s systems. In essence, it is a system that can assess and perform tasks from start to finish without human interaction.
